Our youth, teens, and young adults are reporting the highest levels of loneliness on record according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Our work is going to help change that through simple actions that bring people together for the common good, focused on lifting people up, and creating stronger in person connections.

Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary part-time Executive Director of Behavioral Health to join Voice Up Publishing Incorporated in a groundbreaking initiative to transform behavioral health delivery in the United States. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact through mobilizing and leading a nationwide network of Licensed Clinical Social Workers focused on serving college students, student athletes, and emerging entrepreneurs.

- Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
- Location: 100% Remote

- Compensation: Equity stake in Voice Up Publishing Incorporated
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of innovative behavioral health initiatives
- Build and nurture a collaborative network of Licensed Clinical Social Workers and/or Recovery Specialists across the United States
- Design and implement proactive behavioral health strategies specifically tailored for:
- College students
- Student athletes
- Emerging entrepreneurs
- Drive the transformation of behavioral health service delivery through innovative approaches
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions, athletic departments, and entrepreneurship programs
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with faith-based organizations
- Guide the development of scalable, evidence-based behavioral health solutions
- Ensure alignment of behavioral health programs with organizational mission and values
- Create and implement outreach programs with faith-based organizations for behavioral health initiatives
Qualifications
- Years of successful experience supporting Recovery
- Preferred - Active License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Proven success in establishing and managing a private practice
- Demonstrated experience in faith-based collaborative initiatives
- Strong personal faith journey and ability to integrate faith-based perspectives
- Proven leadership experience in behavioral health or related field
- Track record of successful partnerships with faith-based organizations
- Demonstrated success in building and managing professional networks
- Experience working with young adults, particularly in academic or athletic settings
- Understanding of entrepreneurship and its unique mental health challenges
- Excellence in remote team leadership and virtual collaboration
- Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities
