As the Founding Chief Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive compliance program for the subsidiary, encompassing regulatory adherence, risk management, and ethical oversight. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure compliance is embedded in the initiative's operations, from its initial phases as CCBHCs to its full realization as a teaching hospital and digital workforce university.

Regulatory Compliance Leadership

 

  • Develop, implement, and manage a compliance program that aligns with the legal and regulatory requirements for CCBHCs, FQHCs, and teaching hospitals.

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

  • Guide the certification process for CCBHCs and FQHC status, ensuring all standards are met.

 

Governance and Risk Management

 

  • Establish governance structures and policies to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.

  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.

  • Create a monitoring and auditing system to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance initiatives.

 

Ethical Oversight and Cultural Sensitivity

 

  • Ensure the initiative's compliance program integrates Voice Up’s Bible-based mission and culturally sensitive values.

Community and Partnership Compliance

 

  • Oversee compliance in partnerships with faith-based organizations, educational institutions, donors, and government agencies.

  • Performance-Based Equity: Up to an additional 3% equity based on the achievement of key milestones:
